We have created a generic username and password for all members - using this format:
Your username is:
Member Number
Example: 0009999

Your password is:
Your Last Name
Example: SMITH

Note: All Member Numbers are 7 digits long.
If you are used to using only the first four
digits you MUST add zeros to the end to make 7 digits.
After you have logged in to the website, you will be prompted to change your username and password to something that you can easily remember yet is more secure. We recommend a minimum of 6 characters for your username and password and it should not be something simple like your last name. In the future, you can always go to the Edit My Profile page and update your username and password as well as your personal information. |
