The 2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games are coming............. The Club at Spindletop Hall is the place to entertain in style in one of the magnificent suites or from our  buffet and a la carte dining options.   Are you looking for ways to impress your guests during the 16 days that the world comes to Lexington? Events at Spindletop Hall-A Testimonial "On Friday, August 6, my husband and I entertained guests with a wedding rehearsal dinner at Spindletop for our son, Walt, and his fiancé, Monica. We are now home in Mississippi and back to our everyday life. However, I cannot let another day go by without writing to you about our Spindletop experience. I probably could write and write about all the wonderful things that Teasha Miller and the staff did for us over the course of several months. I will make it brief though, since I know you must be busy making sure Spindletop maintains its great reputation. Of the three wedding receptions we've hosted through the years from the French Quarter in New Orleans all the way to Kentucky, our Spindletop experience stands heads above the others. Why? It can only be one thing--the wonderful people working there. Teasha Miller was the first I talked with and although I mainly worked with her only over the phone and through emails I soon discovered she was very good at her job. Through all of my requests, demands, wishes, etc. she has done it with such expertise and a wonderful attitude that I was shocked to see how young she was when I finally met her. She was a delight to work with and made me know that she will go far in the business world. You are VERY lucky to have her on your staff. I hope you hold onto her. She is a "gem". I also have to brag on Matricia, who was the "boss" of the troops that kept our party running smoothly; Frankie, one of the waitresses, who gave me a personal tour of Spindletop and helped me in other ways; and finally, the bartender, whose name I don't remember. He could fix a mean "Sex on the Beach" drink!!!! Many of our guests told us how your staff helped them very efficiently and did it with a smile on their faces. Unbelievably, I have NO complaints and it is all because of Teasha and the staff. They were FANTASTIC!!!  If anyone is ever trying to decide about whether to use Spindletop for a function of any kind, please tell them to call me. I will shout your praises to the sky.
